- Plan and prioritize work. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and priorities while coordinating team capacity and dependencies.
- Keep teams aligned. Clarify responsibilities, coordinate handoffs, and resolve blockers across teams to maintain steady progress.
- Maintain clear project visibility. Keep dashboards, trackers, workflows, and documentation accurate so stakeholders understand progress, priorities, and next steps.
- Manage delivery risks. Identify potential delays or issues early, coordinate solutions, and escalate concerns with practical recommendations.
- Track delivery performance. Monitor resource utilization, adherence to service-level agreements, and rework trends, providing accurate and timely inputs to client health reporting.
- Lead delivery discussions. Facilitate internal progress meetings and client delivery check-ins, documenting decisions and following through on agreed actions.
- Support client objectives. Partner with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to align delivery with expected outcomes and prepare teams for potential account expansion.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding. Help new projects and team members get started with clear expectations, established workflows, appropriate tools, and shared knowledge.
- Improve delivery quality. Review outputs against quality standards and recommend practical improvements that reduce rework and make execution more consistent.
