Learning & Development Manager
Location: Metro Manila (Ortigas / Mandaluyong) | Full-time

We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to build and lead our company-wide training function across our growing food & beverage, retail, and distribution businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs across all business units.
• Develop technical, service, sales, leadership, and onboarding training programs.
• Create skills matrices, certification standards, SOPs, and training materials.
• Lead and develop the training team while supporting new store/site openings.
• Conduct site visits, training audits, and coaching to improve operational performance.
• Measure training effectiveness through business outcomes such as productivity, quality, service, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, including 2 years leading a training team or function.
• Proven experience designing and implementing training programs from the ground up.
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or distribution is highly preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel regularly to company sites and conduct occasional early morning or weekend training sessions.
