About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Business Analyst who can turn procurement and supplier data into clear, actionable insights.

You will support spend analysis, procurement reporting, supplier performance monitoring, sourcing activities, and cost-improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and collaborating with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and other business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement spending by category, supplier, and service line.
  • Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, cost trends, and variance analyses.
  • Track supplier performance against KPIs and service-level agreements.
  • Consolidate and validate procurement data from multiple sources.
  • Identify potential cost savings and process-improvement opportunities.
  • Support purchase requisitions, purchase order tracking, and supplier onboarding.
  • Assist with sourcing, tendering, and supplier evaluation activities.
  • Monitor contract usage, supplier compliance, and procurement risks.
  • Support supplier reviews, business cases, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Present procurement insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate supplier, contract, and procurement records.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic data modelling.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience or exposure to procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes.
  • Experience using Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of cost analysis, supplier evaluation, or contract management.
  • Internship or work experience in procurement, finance, supply chain, or analytics.
