We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads to drive performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing high-performing campaigns and either possesses creative production skills or excels at collaborating with designers to deliver compelling paid content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine audience targeting, creative assets, and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging video and static ad content
  • Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes
  • Stay current with Meta Ads tools, features, and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
  • Experience in producing or coordinating the creation of video and visual ad creatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with experience launching and scaling projects from the ground up
