Knowledge and understanding of the following Data classifications: (highly desirable)

o PII Personally identifiable information o PCI Payment card information o PHI Protected health information o NPI Non-public Information

• Knowledge of and utilisation of Data Masking tools such as DELPHIX (highly desirable)

• Knowledge of mainframe, SQL, Cloud and Oracle data bases and structures (highly desirable)

• Strong technical background with extensive knowledge of Test Data Management practises

• Knowledge and experience using Agile tools (Jira, confluence) 

• Ability to identify stakeholder data needs, propose solutions and deliver working solutions. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure. 

• High personal motivation and self-management skills demonstrated by acting in a self-directed manner. 

• Displays positive team attitude and willingness to help wherever possible. 

• Strong communication (both written and verbal), presentation, facilitation, relationship management and teaming skills, including the ability to develop productive working relationships. 

• Value-driven decision-making – proven ability to consider the broader and external organisational issues when planning and making decisions 

• Good understanding of automated operations concepts, processes, and architectures.

• Ability to understand and apply data risk management best practice and frameworks. 

• Experience using agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) 

• Use of cloud platform technology (highly desirable) 

• Solid understanding of software, quality assurance lifecycles and the ability to apply and adapt to meet business strategies and risk appetite. 

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and utilisation of the following tools o Terraform o Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) o Plutora o Splunk
