Job Description of ServiceNow Architect in Melbourne/ Sydney:

• Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Technical Architect is to analyze current technologies used and determine ways to improve the ServiceNow environment and its architecture.
• Provide technical consultation in terms of using ServiceNow best practices for implementations and ongoing operations
• Create technical implementation strategies from business requirements
• Implement complex ServiceNow solutions in at least 3 applications/modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, HAM, ITBM, Security Operations, GRC and CSM.
• Lead technical ServiceNow implementations, investigate complex issues and review code as required.
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks
• Design ServiceNow technical solutions and also provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions
• Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes
• Provide expert guidance for best practices related to ServiceNow administration
• Good to have CSA, CAD, HRSD certifications
• Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
