Technical Engineer

Expert hand on experience of Algosec suite of solution and its operation. Algosec Security Administrator certified is must.

Expert skills in Many Vendor firewalls including rule provisioning, policy and operational administration

Expert skills in network topologies and understanding of telecommunications network engineering landscape

CCNP level skills and IP routing, CCNP certification preferred

Intermediate level skills in many IT applications and protocols common in the world of ICT

Expert skills in using tools associated with Firewalls configuration and compliance management

Advanced understanding of ITIL standards/framework and working through Incident, problem, change, asset and knowledge management

Strong skills in using incident ticketing, tracking and updating incidents to closure

Able to interpret and clarify technical information and next best action steps from many disparate data source

Experience working in ITIL and service management environment, Preferably ITIL Certified
