Security Program Manager

14 to 20 years (Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Cyber Security domain

Lead and manage Cybersecurity Landscape for client and ensure all deliverables with respect to contract by providing thought leadership & supporting cybersecurity strategy

Managing various Security tracks within the account (such as Identity & Access management, Network Security, Endpoint Security, GRC, Application Security etc)

Drive excellent Customer Satisfaction and NPS

Working with client, partners, employees, and agencies to ensure project success

Supporting development, implementation, and communication of cybersecurity activities and programs

Leading the set-up and execution of program events, briefings, and meetings.

Liaising with other teams to identify and exploit opportunities with other programs across the organization.

Managing multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, benefit/cost analysis, issue resolution, and reporting.

Ensure SLA compliance, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives

Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs

Management, administration & maintenance of security devices which consists of state-of-the art technologies

Work as Single point of contact with client CISO for existing landscape, future requirements by working as Security Consultant for client.

Educational Qualifications:

· BE / B Tech

· CISSP / CISM / CCSP / CISA certifications
