Job Description for TM1 Developer in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
Develop and maintain all TM1 assets, including Cubes, Dimensions, Rules and TI Processes.
Build, maintain and automate TM1 reporting suites.
Responsible for providing support to the Commissions Team in relation to TM1 development, maintenance and server stability.
Accountable for the development of new or enhanced code changes and maintenance of the internally supported Commission systems
Monitor incoming reports and to ensure the accuracy of the commission rules are applied and validated and implemented according to business requirements.
Maintain and implement multi-dimensional business applications for analysis, reporting for commission purposes.
Exceptional Turbo Integrator and Rule knowledge where building solutions is second nature.
Ensure the accuracy of the Commission rules are applied, validated and implemented according to business requirements and ensuring IT controls are compliant and maintained to a high standard.
Document all procedures, processes, rules and definitions.
Troubleshoot incidents and problems.
Provide technical advice and guidelines to development teams and project leaders to make an efficient use of the TM1 infrastructure while respecting the best practices and client policies and processes.
Participate in the review of applicative designs and the deployment in production.
Ensure the recoverability of the TM1 environment and data.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with IBM Cognos TM1.
Strong capabilities writing TM1 functions, TI scripting, schedules and TM1 integration with RDBMS and flat files from various data sources.
Strong SQL skills, with the ability to source commercial grade data directly from a data warehouse.
Experience with integration of Cognos TM1 and Cognos BI Reporting. Should have experience on supporting & Development of Cognos TM1 applications.
Experience with Cognos Admin and Cognos TM1 admin that includes TM1 Architect, TM1 Prospective and TI process.
Understanding about End-to-End support project and SDLC lifecycle.
