Experience and Skills
As primary marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function, we are looking for someone that has experience as follows.
· At least 2 to 3 years experience in managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) instance in a BAU capacity, covering operational support, continuous improvement, platform health and maintenance activities.
· Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes
· Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud
· Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to articulate a concept to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions
· Must be across Cloud/Content Builder, Journey Builder and Email studio
· Working knowledge of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS
· Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms.
