Job Description of Digital Technical Producer in Sydney:
Able to create and modify HTML and CSS code that renders accurately in all major email clients and leading browsers for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices
Experience in using Figma, litmus testing and QA
Be aware of and able to implement email HTML coding best practices to avoid email spam traps
Structure the use of links, images and styles based on the standards
Experience on various marketing automation systems, to upload the email and related assets
Experience working with campaign data, subscriber lists and use on various marketing automation systems.
Create landing pages and integrated forms for capturing campaign respondents
Create offline versions of email and landing page assets for use by a third party
Quality Assurance
Work directly with the asset requestor to review and revise the assets
Continuously evaluate and suggest process improvements to expedite campaign production
Implement list segmentation strategies for targeted email campaigns
Create and maintain technical producer job aids both how-to and process documents
Assist with special projects as assigned
Education: Degree qualified (IT, Business, Engineering, Journalism etc.)
Professional/technical skills
Very strong HTML/CSS coding experience for email minimum 3 years campaign experience
Problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
Knowledge/understanding of usability principles
Extensive experience various platforms, specifically emails, forms, landing pages, distribution lists, contact groups, and filters
Convert design files into HTML emails with images and HTML code optimized for all major email clients
Proven ability to segment and filter distribution lists using data tools like Microsoft Excel
Strong influencing skills
Excellent time-management skills, organization and project management skills, and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Ability to delegate effectively
Ability to communicate to key stakeholders news that doesnt suit their business priority on certain initiatives
Ability to operate under pressure of consistent deadlines
