About the job Solution Architect

· Work closely with Product Owner and Domain architects to produce the required architectural documentation (to organization standards). · Conduct solution gap analysis · Work with project team to agree and specify solutions · Determine scope, effort and resources required to: o specify, build, test and implement the end-to-end solution including any required integration o build reports to support the solution · Input to planning activities for the execution stage · Support preparation of requirements, epics, user stories and prioritise backlog for agile execution. · Liaise with the ICT functions to agree end to end software environments and refreshes required to support development, testing and training of the E2E solution

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)


Must-Have · Extensive experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Solution Architecture and Project Management, with ability to communicate at all levels from Business Stakeholders to Development teams · Experience in migration of Applications to newer version or with other products · Experience in implementation of application · Experience in business understanding, able to take technical decision as per requirements and solution around. · Experience in working with stakeholders from IT, Business and Customer interactions and working in multi-vendor environment. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to write procedures, guidelines and O&M documentation · Experience in designing solution for integrations which can be custom or COTS. · Experience in ICT Infra (Firewall, DB, Server, Security, Desktop), & Application landscape (Azure, Jboss, Java) · Must be able to stitch requirement to solution to project plan to production implementation plan · Can do Attitude.


Could Have · Functional Understanding of the EDRMS & IM (Document Management)
