Job Description of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant in Sydney:

Overview:
· Strong domain knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
· Experience in integrating marketing with Sales/Service Cloud and other external data systems to push/pull data. Integrations may include CRMs, ERPs, eCommerce platforms, Google Analytics, SMS, etc.
· Strong understanding of relational data models, SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration techniques, Advanced SQL
· Excellent understanding of data dependencies and design for marketing cloud journeys and campaigns
· Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, campaign creation/management, including data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the SFMC platform
· Strong knowledge of AmpScript for email personalization and complex cloudpage creation with AmpScript.
· Technical background with a proven history of understanding complex systems
· Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment; innovative, adaptable, self-directed, and team player
· Strong Communicator with exceptional team handling capabilities.
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification mandatory.

Key Responsibility :
a) Enable and Execute Marketing Automations
- Integrate and maintain SFDC and SFMC using Marketing Cloud Connector, Soap and Rest API, for real-time data exchange and for triggering email activity in ExactTarget using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, etc.
- Test Marketing Automations with dynamic content and multiple user paths.
- Design, optimize, and execute campaigns using strategies such as A/B Testing, throttled sending, etc.
b) Marketing Campaign Personalization
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns using Content Builder.
- Personalize email content for custom customer experience (i.e Dynamic Content, Advance Dynamic Content, AmpScript, etc.)
- Leverage AmpScript and SSJS for dynamic content to include information from data extensions in emails and to update data extensions with information from Cloud Pages landing pages.
- Configure account setup and administration for users and new Business Units (BUs, roles and permissions, sender profiles, RMM, Users, build data extensions, etc).
c) Subscriber and data management :
- Work with Data Extensions, Profile management, and subscriber DE.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL fundamentals and other database technologies.
d) Update and maintain Relational Data Model
- Can design mobile responsive creatives and HTML emails.
- Use of Create Microsites using ExactTarget and auto-published them.
e) Configure Exact Target Microsite Activity : Knowledgeable of web services and especially communicating with the restful endpoints
Additionally knowledge on UI & front-end web technologies like SSJS, HTML, CSS, Javascript/jquery knowledge, is a value addition.
