· HP, Cisco, IBM and Dell Hardware’s

· IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices.

· Nagios & Zabbix monitoring tool

· VMWare virtualization

· Managing HP, Dell and Cisco Hardware’s and applying BIOS upgrades.
