Ultrasound Technician – Direct Hire | Full-Time (40 Hours) | Saranac Lake, NY

Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technician to join their team in Saranac Lake, NY. This full‑time, 40‑hour direct hire role includes evening and weekend shifts and offers competitive hourly pay. Opportunities are available for both registered and unregistered technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac sonography and hold one or more qualifying certifications in ultrasound, radiologic technology, or respiratory therapy.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of Cardiac Sonography experience

Accepted Ultrasound Certifications (ANY of the following):

• American Registry of Diagnostic Sonography (ARDMS)
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)

Accepted Radiologic/Respiratory Credentials (ANY of the following):

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

Accepted Life Support Certifications (ANY of the following):

• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

Schedule & Shift Details

• Friday: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Evening/Day shift rotation
