Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full‑Time Direct Hire

Overview

Our client is seeking a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support services in a collaborative, client‑focused environment. This full‑time direct‑hire role offers a flexible schedule, strong clinical support, and a competitive benefits package including a sign‑on bonus, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).

The BCBA will develop treatment plans, train staff and families, supervise clinical personnel, and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized client needs.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Valid Kentucky Driver's License (KY DL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options to meet client needs
• Consult with and train staff, caregivers, and team members on proactive educational programming and behavioral supports
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Collaborate with related service providers as appropriate
• Provide direct staff supervision and evaluate staff performance verbally and in writing
• Conduct clinical assessments using evidence‑based instruments such as VB‑MAPP, AFLS, and EFL
• Write and update reports including measurable goals, progress, and graphing
• Develop parent training goals and participate in monthly family training
• Train staff on individual behavior intervention plans and proper ABA techniques
• Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Mentor individuals seeking BCaBA/BCBA certification
• Collaborate with therapists from other disciplines
