Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Contract Position (32 Hours/Week)

Overview

This part-time 32‑hour contract role offers an opportunity to deliver high‑quality primary care in a concierge‑style practice at a newly opening clinic. The provider will work a consistent weekday schedule and support a manageable patient load, focusing on exceptional patient experience and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients in a new clinic setting
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 6–8 patients per day
• Support the launch, workflow, and daily operations of a new clinic
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high‑quality care

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold ONE of the following active licenses in Florida (FL):

• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Physician Assistant‑Certified (PA‑C)

Additional expectations:

• Master's degree or higher (for NP or PA‑C)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and patient‑care abilities
• Ability to work independently in a concierge‑style environment

Schedule & Shift Details

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 32‑hour contract role
• On‑site, consistent daytime schedule
