Night Shift CAT Scan Technologist

Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Licenses / Certifications (You need at least ONE from each group)

Group 1 — Imaging or Respiratory Credentials

You must have one of these:

• ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• CRT – Certified Respiratory Therapist
• RRT – Registered Respiratory Therapist

(ARRT is the most common for CT/X‑ray techs. CRT/RRT suggests they may also accept respiratory therapists who have cross‑training.)

Group 2 — Basic Life Support

You must have one of these:

• ARC BLS – American Red Cross Basic Life Support
• AHA BLS – American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Job Overview

A healthcare client is hiring a CT Technologist who can perform:

• CT scans
• X‑ray imaging

This is a night shift position requiring someone fully licensed, certified, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X‑ray procedures
• Maintain imaging quality and patient safety
• Work independently during overnight hours (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Schedule

• Night shift
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 80 hours per pay period (full‑time)

In Summary

To qualify, you need:

• High School/GED
• One imaging/respiratory credential (ARRT, CRT, or RRT)
• One BLS certification (ARC BLS or AHA BLS)
• Ability to work night shift
