Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in the state of Michigan

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the need for behavioral interventions
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Oversee and support behavior technicians and clinical staff in program execution
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance management to ensure high‑quality service delivery
  • Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to promote consistency between home and clinic
  • Develop client goals and complete all required documentation for insurance reimbursement and client review
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in each client's care
  • Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and emerging methodologies
  • Perform additional BCBA‑related duties that support clinical excellence and client progress
