Overview

This contract Nurse Practitioner role involves delivering both primary care and occupational health services at a client worksite. The position requires working early‑morning to late‑afternoon shifts over a two‑week period and is ideal for clinicians who are comfortable managing a mix of general care and workplace health needs.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Primary Care
  • Pediatric Care
  • Care Management
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Occupational Health
  • Occupational Medicine
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Illinois (IL)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients at the worksite
• Deliver occupational health services, including assessments and basic interventions
