Reporting to: Fundraising Manager
Location: Hybrid - flexible but with requirement to travel to the national office in Dublin, external meetings and events on a regular basis.
Annual Salary: 42,500 - 52,500
The Role
Reporting to the Fundraising Manger, the Fundraising Coordinator will focus on implementing innovative plans to cultivate, nurture, steward and inspire a network of donors to drive growth. You will work as part of a growing and supportive fundraising team and can play a leading role in shaping the fundraising strategy.
Additionally, you will:
- Identify, secure and grow corporate partnerships in a creative and engaging manner.
- Represent Threshold at presentations, meetings and networking events.
- Collaborate with other members of the team on fundraising projects and initiatives.
- Research, identify and prospect high net worth individuals (HNWI), Foundations, Trusts and Grants new to Threshold.
Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of fundraising and working to targets, ideally through corporate relationships, or through major donors, trusts and/or foundations. Your skills and experience will also include:
- 2-5 years of experience in a fundraising role where you achieved your targets
- An enthusiastic, motivated attitude and warm and courteous manner
- A genuine interest and commitment to Thresholds purpose and values
- Passionate about making donors feel valued, engaged and a vital part of the organisation they are supporting
- Flexibility to travel to meetings and events outside of normal working hours
