AI Automation & Content Operations Specialist (Remote | LATAM Only)

Summary:

We're hiring an AI Automation & Content Operations Specialist to help build, automate, and optimize the systems behind a fast-growing coaching business.

This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant role. We're looking for someone who loves building systems, creating automations, leveraging AI, and making businesses run more efficiently.

You'll work across operations, marketing, content, virtual events, and client onboarding while continually looking for opportunities to eliminate manual work through AI agents and automation.

If you enjoy asking, "How can we automate this?" before doing something manually, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Own:

• Business systems become more automated and scalable.
• AI agents reduce manual work across marketing and operations.
• Virtual events run smoothly with minimal manual intervention.
• Content is consistently adapted, scheduled, and published across multiple platforms.
• Leadership spends less time on repetitive operational tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

AI Automation & Systems

• Build and maintain AI agents to automate business processes.
• Design and optimize workflows using Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Maintain and improve operational systems inside Notion and GoHighLevel.
• Document automation workflows and SOPs.

Content Operations

• Manage the end-to-end content publishing workflow.
• Use AI to adapt one piece of content into platform-specific content for:
  • LinkedIn
  • X (Twitter)
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
• Coordinate AI-generated visuals and creative assets.
• Schedule and manage publishing calendars.
• Ensure content quality and consistency across all platforms.

Virtual Event Operations

• Manage logistics for recurring two-day virtual events.
• Maintain registration funnels, landing pages, reminders, and follow-up automations.
• Coordinate event operations using existing systems.
• Continuously improve attendee experience through automation.

Client Operations

• Support client onboarding workflows.
• Improve administrative processes through automation.
• Maintain operational documentation inside Notion.
• Assist leadership with ongoing operational initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Hands-on experience with Notion.
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel.
• Experience building Zapier or Make automations.
• Experience creating AI workflows or AI agents.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written English.
• Comfortable learning new AI tools quickly.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy.
• Systems thinker who enjoys solving operational problems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLMs.
• Familiarity with APIs and webhook integrations.
• Experience with social media scheduling platforms.
• Experience with coaching businesses, online education, or digital products.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering.
• Experience with Airtable or similar databases.

Work Setup:

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

• Dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise.
