About the job Sales Intern

We seek a highly motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our New York Office. The Sales Intern will support the sales & Marketing team of our customized software development team in all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in a customized software development sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team / Director in identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Research potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities.
  • Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist with data entry and CRM management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled or completed the Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
