About the Role
We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Account Executive to join our remote team and accelerate new business growth. You'll play a key role in identifying high-potential prospects, owning the sales cycle end-to-end, and closing service-based deals across diverse industries particularly in startups and enterprise organizations.
This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in the software services space, comes with a strong industry network, and has a consultative approach to solving client challenges.
What You will Be Doing

Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying leads to pitching, negotiating, and closing

Leverage your network and outbound efforts to generate new business opportunities

Position PureLogics' custom software and AI/ML solutions as strategic growth drivers

Collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to craft value-aligned proposals

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers

Consistently meet or exceed an annual quota of $2M+ in closed deals
What Were Looking For

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a software services or IT consulting environment

Solid understanding of custom development services, with a strong grasp of AI/ML solutions

Proven ability to close 5- to 6-figure service contracts

Strong existing network of decision-makers in tech startups, mid-market, and Fortune 1000/2000 firms

Skilled in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development

Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working 100% remotely

Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience selling into healthcare tech or regulated industries is a strong plus
