We're seeking a full-time Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a mission-driven community health organization serving underserved populations in Sacramento County.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Option for:
• 4-day workweek (32 hours)
• 5-day workweek (40 hours)
• Must be available Mondays and Fridays

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $179,100
• PTO: 16–20 days + 11 holidays + 6 sick days
• $4,000 annual CE stipend + 3 paid CE days

What You'll Do

• Provide general dentistry care to pediatric and adult patients
• Perform exams, preventive care, and routine procedures
• See approximately 20 patients per day
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans
• Collaborate with dental assistants and clinic staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC (training provided)

What You Won't Do

• No root canals or surgical extractions (referred out)
• No production pressure or corporate quotas
• No weekends or late nights

Qualifications

• Active California DDS or DMD license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Strong communication and patient-centered care approach
• Ability to work across multiple clinic sites
