(BDR) Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Details:

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Role: Half-time role (but must be flexible)

Mode: Hybrid (in-office & remote)

Starting Date: Immediately

Salary & Benefits: AED 12-15k/ month (Base Salary + % commission if applicable), Healthcare provided

Skills:

• Written & verbal skills in English (Arabic is plus)
• Flexible with timings and open to travel

• Proposal writing, presentation design and delivery skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop a business strategy to establish new markets.
• Execute the business strategy, find potential clients, and establish new business.
• Write proposals, prepare pitch decks, and present them to clients.
• Establish partnerships and networks to collaborate and establish new business opportunities.
• Attend events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Having a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (a plus if Masters/MBA in related field)
• Minimum experience of 3 years in Business Development
• Excellent in English, written and communication (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work as a team or independently
• Good at Microsoft PowerPoint And Excel.

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
