Salary: AED 2000/month
Job Description:
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Help organize and maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
Contribute to onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities or recognition programs.
Assist in maintaining HR databases and generating reports as needed.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices.
Job Qualifications:
Must be a final year student/recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree
Must be available for 2-3 months
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and develop HR skills.
Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong project and time management skills
