OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE/SUPERVISOR 

Job Brief:

Job Overview: 

To be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience via face-to-face interactions as well as telephonic interactions with both potential and existing customers. 

The Sales Executive/supervisor is required to conduct sales out in the field and target new customers for the company as well as maintain existing customers. He/she must conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily, build and maintain customer relationships, travel within sales territory to meet customers and educate customers on how our products/services can benefit them. 

The role of the Sales Executive/Supervisor is of utmost importance where immense care and commitment must be shown at all times during duty. To support the company in achieving world class standard and recognition, the Sales Executive/Supervisor must display excellent social skills and professionalism during interaction with customers and staff members, whilst always protecting company brand image. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

The main daily duties and responsibilities of the Sales Executive are outlined below: 

  1. Meet personal and team sales targets 
  2. Maintain customer list (for assigned routes or self-taken customers) with updated information. Do DSR clearance where required. 
  3. Submit Sales Executive Daily reports to management 
  4. Check all previous Day's DSR for assigned routes - call customers who didn't take service - submit feedback 
  5. Check Daily Cancelled Customers received and meet customers to re-stablish service 
  6. Check, update and submit 'Shifted Customers Report' 
  7. Handle customer complaints professionally and report to management 
  8. Monitor competitors, new products and market conditions 
  9. Submit management with verbal/written reports on customer requirements, issues, interests and potential to target new areas and provide services 
  10. Monitor customer bottle consumption and take back excess bottles if any. Note that the duties of a Sales Executive/Supervisor are not restricted to the tasks above and he/she will be required to perform other duties as and when suitable for the company.
