(LGAP) Logistics Intern

• Location: Mall stores across UAE

• Starting Date: Immediately

• Salary: AED 2000/month

Job Description

• Assist in coordinating logistics operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Help monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in inventory reconciliation.

• Contribute to the optimization of logistics processes by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

• Support the logistics team in analyzing transportation costs, lead times, and service levels of different carriers.

• Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documents, and export/import paperwork.

• Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a final year student/recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree

• Must be available for 2-3 months

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management.

• Basic knowledge of logistics principles, processes, and terminology.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
