Salary Package: AED 3000 + 5% sales commission

Visa: Not Provided for the first 6 months

Working Hours: 54 hours per week

Working Environment: In-person

Responsibilities:

• The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service.

• Effectively communicate with clients, and internal teams to coordinate and share event details, and ensure everyone is aligned with the event objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, timelines, and resources.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive event-related revenue growth, leveraging your expertise to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.

• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in event-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Event Sales and Customer Support.

• Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.

• Customer Service and Sales skills.

• Event Planning and Management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
