Requirements:

  • An Arab-speaking female is required.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, management, information systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and document requirements and processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques and methodologies, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing existing documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
  • Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in conducting research, data analysis, and market studies to support business case development and decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the development of functional specifications, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements to the development and testing teams.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and appropriately translated into technical solutions.
  • Support project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as project charters, process flows, and business process models.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and relevant domains.
