  • We are currently seeking an Account Manager located in the USA, or

    anywhere that allows them to work with US Clients in the US time zones.
  • You will work on the Lens Studio Production Team, which creates a variety of Augmented Reality experiences for the Snap platform.
  • As a member of the Lens Studio Production Team, you will be reporting to the team lead and you will work in a remote, fun, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
  • You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across partners and international brands.


What you’ll do:

Understand the client needs & expectations and receive all the necessary assets & clarifications from the business partners for the execution of the project

Share the project brief and the client expectations with Production Team

Share the client feedback with the Production Team and provide ongoing improvement to project with creative insights to achieve client expectations

Collaborate closely with the Production Team to share knowledge and coordinate projects

Identify opportunities for improvement and simplification in the experiences,

Build, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Manage internal stakeholder relationships with production teams

Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organization

Grow a passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of AR industry

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead projects with business partners and to balance vendor needs and business needs

Ability to effectively and efficiently complete goals or assignments, and manage multiple priorities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Understanding of technology-based production processes

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to details.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

Previous Account Management Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding Lens Studio which is a Snap AR solution tool, or Unity.

  • Previous experience in immersive multimedia platforms

  • BA Education which supported a creative background and client facing skills
