Graphic Designer
Full-Time | In-Office | Pittsburgh, PA
A national manufacturer headquartered in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team full-time in an in-office capacity. This is a 40-hour-per-week role based at headquarters, offering direct visibility to executive leadership, including the C-suite and Vice Presidents.
This position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys seeing their work come to life across multiple platforms and brands.
What You'll Do
As the Graphic Designer, you will lead the development of compelling visual assets across a wide range of formats, including:
Print collateral
Digital campaigns
Brochures and flyers
Print advertising
Large-scale trade show signage and graphics
Catalogs and marketing materials
The organization operates as an umbrella over multiple companies, so this role requires someone who can maintain a cohesive master brand while thoughtfully adapting creative assets for different divisions. Youll balance consistency with innovation, ensuring all materials align with established brand standards while continuing to push creative boundaries.
You'll also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media visuals and messaging, update website content, and support broader marketing initiatives. Limited travel within the U.S. may be required.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Marketing, or a related field, or an Associate degree with relevant experience
A strong portfolio of representative work demonstrating conceptual and creative expertise

Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
The ability to translate ideas into visually compelling, easy-to-understand designs
Passion for design and a curiosity to stay current with trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
A results-driven approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and handle shifting priorities
