Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of European projects, ensuring smooth progress from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, software development, service design, business analysts) and external stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are met.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, deliverables, and presentations to both internal and external audiences.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with European institutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and communications.
- Participate in consortium meetings and workshops, representing the organization and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing European-funded projects (e.g., Horizon Europe, LIFE, INTERREG).
- Solid background in energy efficiency, electric mobility, renewable energy, smart grids, or sustainable energy technologies.
- In-depth understanding of European policies, directives, and funding mechanisms.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Portuguese tax number required for employment.
