Road Transport Specialist - German Market

Overview
We are looking for a professional with experience in logistics, particularly in FTL, LTL, and distribution operations, with a focus on the German market. The role involves managing international line haul bookings, slot coordination, customer communication, TMS usage, and organizing distribution routes. This position is part of the Transport and Distribution department and will report to the Transport and Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize transport management systems (TMS).
• Build and strengthen relationships with transport providers.
• Identify and onboard new transport providers.
• Develop and organize export services for the German market (FTL & LTL).
• Establish and maintain network partnerships.
• Expand import and export volumes with a focus on Germany.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 4 years in road transport.
• Specific Knowledge: Expertise in FTL and LTL operations.
• Education: University degree.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Languages: English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
