Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new customer segments, driving revenue growth through strategic business development.
  • Manage leads directly or through local partners, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and prepare sales proposals, project specifications, and tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering strategic advice and fostering loyalty.
  • Travel occasionally across Europe to meet with clients and partners, strengthening business relationships.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 7 years of proven professional experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferable knowledge of telecommunications solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented, capable of working autonomously in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities, committed to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Flexible, innovative, and adaptable to changing conditions.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field is desirable.
