It offers services in contract logistics and freight management, which can be provided individually or in combination.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and quoting customized transport solutions tailored to Industrial Project (IP) clients, focusing on maritime (primarily) and road transport for oversized or complex loads.
  • Acting as an intermediary in purchasing and selling transport services, ensuring solutions are aligned with clients' specific requirements.
  • Identifying, negotiating, and sourcing the most competitive solutions to meet client needs, collaborating internally and with external partners.
  • Organizing logistics, preparing detailed service proposals, and coordinating work orders with the Operations team.
  • Supporting on-site project execution to ensure the successful completion of transport activities.
  • Conducting client visits with the Branch Manager to assess cargo dimensions and requirements, offering technical support for specialized transport solutions.
  • Preparing operational documentation, booking suppliers, and monitoring transport progress in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Acting as clients' primary point of contact, keeping them informed about project status and updates.
  • Managing supplier negotiations, updating pricing, and identifying new services to optimize transport efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining a personal client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Preparing quotes for various transport modes, including terrestrial, maritime, and airfreight, covering FCL, FR, RF, LCL, specialized equipment, projects, and roll-on/roll-off cargo.
  • Resolving issues and incidents with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless service.
  • Advising clients on matters of foreign trade and logistics.
  • Managing import-export operations and preparing quotes for both clients and global correspondents.

What Were Looking For:

  • University degree in International Trade or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (required).
  • Background and interest in transport and logistics, with knowledge of international maritime transport operations.
  • Preferably, experience in handling industrial projects and oversized cargo.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills for effective problem-solving and calculation.
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Driver's license and availability for on-site project support.
