About The Role

Tentang Anak is seeking a motivated and data-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Analyst & Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by providing insightful data analysis for the end-to-end sales and operational process and ensuring effective communication between sales and other departments.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Analyze Tentang Anak's sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  2. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  3. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  4. Monitor and report on sales performance against forecasted targets.
  5. Communicate promotions, product updates, and sales strategies to the sales team.
  6. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven 2+ years' experience in sales analysis, support, or a similar role in FMCG or retails industry
  3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  4. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address inquiries and provide support effectively.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
