About the Role
We're seeking a highly driven and experienced TikTok Shop Lead to drive sales, boost brand visibility, and manage e-commerce strategies for Tentang Anak's TikTok shop, overseeing marketing campaigns, collaborations, trend analysis, and team management.
Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed TikTok shop sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify and capitalize on trends and opportunities within the TikTok platform that align with the brand's objectives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the TikTok shop
- Collaborate with other departments to address any operational challenges and streamline processes
- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of TikTok Shop initiatives and campaigns
- Build and manage partnerships with TikTok and stay updated on platform updates and offerings
Requirements
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management, with a specific focus on TikTok Shop
- Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithms, trends, and user behavior
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive sales strategy
- Exceptional creative and communication skills, with the ability to oversee engaging content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
