Job Responsibilities
- Manage the executives calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring no conflicts.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, booking meeting rooms, and preparing briefing documents
- Arrange travel and accommodation for business trips, including itinerary planning, transport bookings, and visa arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Manage the executives personal agenda, including family events, health appointments, and other personal commitments
- Assist in personal errands such as coordinating household tasks, booking appointments, and organizing travel for family members.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain privacy at all times.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level.
- Proven ability to manage both professional and personal tasks with exceptional organizational skills.
Experience in managing complex schedules and coordinating travel logistics.
- Proficiency with office tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude toward changing priorities.
