Job Description 

  1. Coordinating with internal & external parties to ensure smooth process and following company policies
  2. Managing administrative works related to KOL/Affiliate and Vendor Payment. 
  3. Supporting commerce team with any administrative tasks and ensuring any documents are organized 
  4. Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before forwarded to the related team
  5. Manage end-to-end process of agreement with external parties & invoice-related activities. 
  6. Monitor and manage legal and invoice documents related to agreements with third parties. 
  7. Perform skilled & responsible administrative & clerical work

Qualification

  1. Bachelor degree from any major
  2. One year experience with administrative task managing marketplace is preferable 
  3. High initiative, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
  4. Strong verbal and communication skills
  5. Knowledge of Ms. Office, particularly in MS. Excel
  6. Stong organization and time management skills
  7. Strong knowledge about legal and financial document support (quotation, invoice, agreemnet letter)
