About The Role

As a Content Specialist for Instagram, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, growth, and maintaining the quality of our parenting and child health-related content on the platform. You will be responsible for staying updated on trends, planning, creating, and overseeing content production, as well as fostering meaningful interactions with our community.

Job Description

  1. Stay Informed on Trends: Keep abreast of trends in parenting and child health related to Instagram and its algorithm. Monitor shifts in user behavior, content preferences, and platform updates.
  2. Content Planning and Strategy: Strategize, plan, and execute content initiatives to enhance the account's growth and performance.
  3. Content Creation Oversight: Conceptualize, oversee, and draft content across all formats (e.g., text, images, videos) to be shared with the Creative Team. 
  4. Review and Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of content output from talent and creative team members. Provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards and alignment with brand voice.
  5. Instagram Feed Management: Ensure timely and consistent posting of content on the Instagram feed, including infographics and short videos, according to the established schedule. 
  6. Instagram Stories Creation: Craft compelling Instagram Stories with long narratives and dedicated calls-to-action (CTAs). Utilize Stories features effectively to engage with the audience and drive interaction.
  7. Performance Analysis: Conduct analysis on content performance and provide actionable insight for improvement

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in content creation and management, particularly on Instagram for minimal 2 years
  3. Preferably In-depth knowledge of parenting and child health topics, along with a keen understanding of Instagram's algorithm and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a creative flair.
  5. Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
