As VP of People, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture and creating an outstanding experience for our employees. As a strategic leader, you will work closely with C-Level and other departments to align with our organizational goals, foster a high-performing team, and contribute to ensure a happy and high-performing employee.
Job Description
- Build a high-performing team and culture by implementing an agile people strategy that enhances people's experience throughout the employee life cycle.
- Increase talent density at Tentang Anak through talent development and talent acquisition.
- Develop and execute a strategic people plan that supports the overall business goals and aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Nurture mission-driven talent by creating programs, initiatives, and policies that promote inclusivity, employee professional development, and a positive work environment.
- Oversee the full spectrum of the HR functions to ensure key issues involving, manpower planning, talent management, compensation benefit, operations and compliance, talent attraction, and retention are scalable, well developed, and remain updated.
- Establish and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems that streamline operations, compliance, and employee self-service
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of people programs and inform decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business, management, or a related field with 10+ years of combined corporate and startup experience.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law
- 8+ years' experience in human resources managing various HR functions.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication across all levels
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-management skills
