As we grow through events, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives, were looking for a Marketing Communication who can translate our vision into impactful experiences—bringing the Qiscus brand to life across offline and online events, industry associations, and strategic collaborations.
What You Will Do :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including owned events, co-hosted events, and sponsored events (offline and online).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, partners, and relevant ecosystems
- Identify collaboration opportunities such as joint events, forums, content partnerships, or member-exclusive initiatives
- Manage event timelines, vendors, logistics, and budgets to ensure smooth execution
- Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics (attendance, MQL, cost efficiency)
- Gather insights from community and partner interactions to inform future campaigns and messaging
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all event, association, and community touchpoints
What You Will Bring to The Role :
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, event marketing, or partnership marketing
- Proven experience managing offline and or online events end to end
- Experience working with associations, communities, or strategic partners is a strong advantage
- Strong project management and multitasking skills. Able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term relationships
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast paced environments
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology related industries is a plus
