What You Will Do :
- Understand prospective clients requirements comprehensively during sales processes
- Provide accurate assessment and solution formulation that help prospective clients achieve their objectives
- Respond in a timely way to product/solution related enquiries
- Keep track of key account metrics on the effectiveness of recommended solutions
- Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate upgrading of product knowledge in Qiscus Business team
- Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities
What You Will Bring to the Role :
- Possess experience in business development or technical assessment in the IT sector, particularly, SaaS
- Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as technical knowledge to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies
- Good technical and product knowledge and working knowledge of sales software
- Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management
- Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessary
- Have an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or in-person
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken)
