What You Will Do

  • Handling all agreements including drafting, reviewing and giving updates to the counterparty.
  • Handling all relevant legal documents related to the Company, including reviewing and submitting to the related stakeholders (Government, Regulator, etc).
  • Protect the companys legal interest in its relationship with third parties, including representing the Company in any legal actions.
  • Conduct research and updating any laws and regulations related to the Companys industry.
  • Advise and perform various strategic corporate matters, including but not limited to Companies establishment(s), acquisition(s) and other investment-related transactions.
  • Advise and perform legal actions related to the transactions with external stakeholders, including client, partner and others.
  • Act as PIC to liaise with external stakeholders related to legal matters, including stockholders, legal counsel, notary, regulator and Government.

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law;
  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience as an in-house legal or associate at law firm or IT Industry, preferably B2B SaaS company.
  • Posses strong knowledge in Commercial Law, also familiar with PMA and litigation issue.
  • Possess strong knowledge on the laws and regulations of Republic of Indonesia (mandatory) and Singapore (optional). Experienced in areas such as laws and regulations related to the commercial law, intellectual property, employment law, data privacy and information technology will be a plus.
  • Possess strong communication, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and government platforms such as OSS, PSE and others.
  • Willing to be based in Yogyakarta
