Our Talent Acquisition intern will assist with levelling up our hiring experiences as well as contribute to people development activities in the company. We are looking for a fast learner who is highly passionate in talent acquisition and adept in people engagement fields. Are you the one we are looking for?

What You Will Do:

• Develop and update hiring materials (job descriptions, requirements, etc.)
• Source potential candidates through various hiring platforms
• Assist the people team with provide hiring documentations, databases, and reports
• Conduct early screening selection
• Schedule interviews, technical tests, and any other things related to hiring
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employment engagement activities

What You Will Bring to the Role

• Fresh graduates, or at least 3rd year undergraduates, preferably majoring in Psychology or Management
• Has a strong sense of integrity to manage confidential information
• Possess a deep interest in talent acquisition or recruitment in the tech startup industry
• Has experience in using MS Excel or Spreadsheet
• Possess exceptional English writing abilities
• Have basic assessment skills
• Able to start immediately
