As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Qiscus' mission to build a great workplace.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain competitive salary structures and packages.
Conduct market surveys to align with industry standards.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, other health insurance & leave policies, etc.
Improve benefits offerings to meet employee and company goals.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate PPh 21 tax calculation and compliance.
Collaboration with Finance to manage payroll budgets and reports.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including BPJS and tax-related requirements.
Provide reports on compensation trends and benefits usage.
- Address & clearly communicate employee questions about compensation and benefits, also policies updated
What You Will Bring to this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a SaaS or IT company.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration platforms.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to be place in Yogyakarta
