What You Will Do

  • Understand clients needs deeply by engaging the various stakeholders in their organization, including the management.
  • Help clients optimize the usage of Qiscus solutions so that they are able to maximize their ROI
  • Identify new areas where we can better help our clients grow their business using other Qiscus solutions
  • Create proposals and pitch best solution(s) that address(es) clients needs
  • Maintain close relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs ongoing basis

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit
  • Comfortable in engaging different levels of stakeholders, including C-Levels.
  • Has an outgoing personality with strong presentation and negotiation skills, be it online or offline
  • At least 2 years in Key Account Management role or relevant roles such as Business Development.
  • Experienced in IT System Integrator, Consulting, Principal is a bonus.
  • Experienced in delivering client focused solution based on customer needs
  • Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to the management
  • Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points, and doing so remotely/physically where necessary
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
