What You Will Do

  • Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
  • Maintain good rapport and expand opportunities with existing clients and partners
  • Identify relevant client needs, priorities initiatives and execute a clear plan of action for success
  • Follow through the pre- and post-sales activities
  • Build new relationships with partners (software agencies etc)
  • Conduct partner briefing sessions and prepare sales materials for partners


What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit.
  • Have at least 3 years working experience as BD Manager in SaaS company, IT System Integrator or Similar Field
  • Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as basic technical knowledge that helps to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies
  • Experience in IT System Integrator, Consulting, Principal is good plus
  • Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to the management
  • Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessary
  • Have an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or offline.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
